CPR & First Aid
OSI offers hands-on CPR, AED, and First Aid training courses. Our courses are provided onsite by Mr. Aaron Stephenson, a friendly and professional instructor with over 20 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) as a Paramedic. Mr. Stephenson is also a Certified American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor.
Course attendees will receive same day certification from the American Heart Association. Available courses include:
- CPR and AED
- Recognize when someone needs CPR
- How to perform high quality CPR
- How to use an AED
- How to help a person who is Choking
- First Aid including bleeding control
- Duties and responsibilities of first aid rescuers
- Critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency medical services arrive
- First aid actions for medical emergencies, including choking, stroke, and heart attack
- First aid actions for injuries, including external bleeding, broken bones, sprains, bites, and stings
